Years of bringing heritage back to life and crafting spaces that actually matter
Heritage Restoration
Distillery District Forge House
Spent almost three years breathing new life into this 1890s industrial beauty. The original forge hadn't been touched since the '60s - rusted beams, crumbling brick, the whole nine yards. We kept the soul intact while making it work for modern commercial use.
Converted this old textile warehouse into a killer tech office space. Exposed brick, steel beams, the works - but with all the modern stuff hidden behind the scenes. The client wanted that industrial vibe without sacrificing comfort.
Ground-up construction that plays nice with its historic neighbors. Green roof, geothermal heating, solar panels - all that good stuff. Won us a couple awards, but honestly we're just proud it fits the neighborhood.
This one was tricky - a massive 1920s factory that needed to become retail and residential without losing its character. Took us forever to match the original brickwork. Every window frame was custom-made to match the old steel ones.
Every steel joint, every brick - we sweat the details so you don't have to worry about 'em.
Urban Planning
Junction Triangle Master Plan
Five-year collaboration on reimagining this whole neighborhood. Mixed commercial and residential that actually works together. Not just buildings - we're talking streetscapes, parks, the whole community vibe.
Turned this abandoned brick factory into one of Toronto's coolest event spaces. The kiln room alone took six months - couldn't just demo it, had to preserve every inch while making it safe and functional. Worth every headache though.
We don't just restore old buildings or slap up new ones. Each project's about understanding what was there, respecting it, and figuring out what it needs to be. Sometimes that means keeping everything original. Other times it means bold modern interventions. There's no formula - just good design sense and a lot of late nights.

Leslieville Eco-Industrial Park
First net-zero industrial complex in the city. Solar arrays, rainwater collection, the whole sustainable playbook. And yeah, it still looks like an industrial building - not some spaceship. Form follows function, always.
Six Victorian-era buildings getting a second life. Consulted on heritage standards, materials sourcing, and design guidelines. Sometimes our job is just making sure nobody screws up what's already beautiful.
